Registration Opening Times (Provisional)

Security

There is a strict security regime at the CBI Annual Conference. All delegates are required to submit a photograph for inclusion on the photo ID badges.

Delegates will be sent an admission pass approximately two weeks in advance of the event. It is essential that delegates bring their admission pass to the event to gain access.

Delegates will be subject to airport style security at the event. Any baggage will be x-rayed and all delegates, without exception, will be asked to pass through the security arches. Please allow sufficient time to pass through security to ensure that you do not miss any of the conference.

Access

Access to the conference is via the main Ballroom entrance of Grosvenor House on Park Lane.

Parking

On-site parking is available at the hotel, rates are £11.00 per hour or £42.00 per day The nearest NCP car park is at 21 Bryanston Street.

First aid

In the event of needing first aid, please notify a member of security or any member of staff who will be pleased to help you.

Hearing impairments

An induction loop system is operational in the Great Room. Please contact the CBI events team by 1 November if you require this facility

Wheelchair users

Wheelchair users should use the main entrance to the hotel on Park Street in order to access the lifts. Conference sessions will take place in the Great Room; wheelchair accessible toilets are close by.  Please notify the CBI events team if you have any special access requirements so that arrangements can be made.
